In this role, you will be managing the company's online reputation and curating exciting, informative content for the website and social media platforms. You will also be required to interact with customers on our social media channels to address queries and ensure consistent communication of our brand message.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews on various platforms
2. Create and manage content for social media platforms and website
3. Interact with customers on various social media channels
4. Analyze customer feedback and create reports
5. Monitor social media trends
