About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage customer support for the company by making and receiving calls from potential and existing customers.
2. Persuade customers to change negative feedback to positive.
3. Identify the root cause of issues and escalate them to the concerned teams and departments.
4. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
5. Generate and maintain grievance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
