About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Curate a diverse applicant pool for all programs.
2. Coordinate with the program, selection, and communication teams.
3. Identify and select high-potential candidates for the programs.
4. Learn to use modern tools like Ads Manager and WhatsApp API.
5. Develop and implement outreach strategies for the development sector context.

5. Interact effectively and build relationships with individuals of diverse political ideologies.

6. Exhibit attention to detail, be process-oriented, and adapt to working in uncertainty.
