We are looking for an intern to assist with the overhaul of its data collection process. The intern will be responsible for studying the existing process, identifying gaps, and suggesting and testing new processes to improve data collection efficiency.
1. Study the existing data collection process and identify gaps
2. Suggest and test new processes to improve data collection efficiency
3. Work closely with the field data executives and provide them with the necessary training
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new process
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of the new process
6. Provide regular progress reports to the management team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree/MBA/Undergraduate in a relevant field such as business, data analytics, or computer science
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
4. Knowledge of data collection methods and tools
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
6. Prior experience with data collection process improvement is a plus
Stipend: 10,000 INR (fixed) up to 2,000 INR incentives (based on the performance) up to 3,000 INR other allowances (If applicable)
