Kheoni is a sustainability-led SKINCARE startup that was born to support a forest in central India. This involved planting 35k trees over a barren hill over the last 7 years for us to win a biodiversity award in the year 2022. To sustain this forest, a beautiful and responsible skincare range of products was created. The owner of the "Kheoni" brand is Kheoni Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creation of paid search and shopping strategies and ongoing development.
2. Keyword research: Think laterally and creatively to produce keywords for campaigns
3. Ad creation: Create compelling ads for clients, considering tone and brand
4. Build URLs, including adding tracking parameters
5. Add all relevant Ad Extensions to campaigns
6. Upload new campaigns and all relevant changes moving forward, i.e. keywords, ad copy, URLs, etc.
7. Analyze and use conversion tracking data to further optimize and develop campaigns
8. Ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with campaign strategies and commercial goals
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Jun'24 and 2nd Aug'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. A good sense of ownership in getting things done, excellent communication skills, and the ability to detail tasks and organize them are a must.
2. A smart, motivated, and results-driven analytical individual is preferred.
3. Be well organized and have excellent copywriting skills.
4. Able to multitask and work well within a team, as well as being able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine.
5. Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and
procedures.
6. A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Brilliant networking skills; confidently developing new relationships; connecting people.
8. Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo.
9. The candidates should have an understanding of market trends and seasonal fluctuations and apply their learnings to the campaign(s).
