About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Support the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
3. Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
4. Participate in the preparation of financial reports and statements
5. Manage inventory and stock levels
6. Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, including shipping and receiving
7. Plan and execute operational projects and initiatives
8. Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
9. Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
10. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
11. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and communications
