About part time job/internship
We are seeking a highly professional and organized Administration to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth branch operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, 5 days a week, ensuring effective coordination and management of daily activities.
2. Overseeing and managing the English Teaching Program (ETP), including collecting, maintaining, and tracking student and teacher reports on a regular basis.
3. Conducting bi-weekly meetings with teachers to discuss progress, address concerns, and set objectives.
4. Organizing and coordinating events and activities for students, including workshops and community outreach initiatives.
5. Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.
6. Managing and maintaining student records and documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Managing events, helping students prepare for events, and providing necessary support.
8. Distributing nutritious food supplied to students as part of our community support initiatives.
