Join our team at Soul Jams as an Assistant Session Director and be at the forefront of our mission to create magical Saturday evenings through music! As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Session Director to help them create the incredible evening.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting session directors in managing artists, volunteers, sound, tech, and the crowd on the day of the session to ensure flawless execution
2. Coordinating with various teams to make sure session logistics run smoothly
3. Ensuring all equipment and setups are ready and functional before the session
4. Supporting artists and volunteers by providing guidance and addressing their needs during the session
5. Handling crowd management tasks, ensuring a positive and organized audience experience
6. Taking initiative to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the session
