Business Associate Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as a Front-End compliance advisor for clients, managing key accounts, coordinating activities, engaging clients, and following up on payments and collections.
2. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for document collection and coordination, facilitating assignments for backend accountants to process startup registrations, ledger accounting, payroll processing, company act compliance, intellectual property registration, trademark registration, professional tax returns, GST compliance and returns, and income tax returns.
3. Handle daily client requests, resolve queries via phone, and coordinate communications.
4. Perform desk-based client coordination tasks, without fieldwork requirements.
5. Focus on client relationship management rather than hardcore sales lead generation, including client calls for coordination, follow-ups for service renewals, and upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
