2. Assist in creating tailored business strategies, operational models, and growth plans.
3. Identify inefficiencies in client businesses and suggest practical improvements.
4. Work closely with business owners and stakeholders to understand challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Support in implementing proposed solutions and tracking progress.
6. Work with marketing, sales, and operational teams to align business strategies with execution.
