About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and establishing connections with schools and colleges in the Coimbatore region to explore potential business opportunities
2. Presenting and promoting Career Launcher's products and services related to after-12th career options, including Law, Management, and MBA programs
3. Conducting market research to understand the needs and requirements of educational institutions and aligning Career Launcher's offerings accordingly
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, administrators, and faculty members of schools and colleges
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to target educational institutions effectively
6. Organizing and conducting presentations, workshops, and seminars to showcase the benefits and value proposition of Career Launcher's offerings
7. Negotiating and finalizing tie-up agreements with educational institutions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
8. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of the tie-ups and providing ongoing support to partner institutions
9. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth
10. Staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
11. Representing Career Launcher at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with educational institutions and promote brand visibility
12. Providing regular feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends, client needs, and potential areas for product/service enhancement

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus

4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with key decision-makers in schools and colleges
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of Career Launcher's offerings to educational institutions
6. Solid understanding of business development strategies, market research, and sales techniques
7. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make strategic decisions to drive business growth
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
9. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
10. Knowledge of the education industry, competitive exams, and career counseling is a plus
11. Willingness to travel within Coimbatore and neighboring areas for client meetings and industry events
