About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential leads and existing customers to discuss their custom jewellery needs
2. Clearly explaining Exclusive Jewellers' services, including unique selling propositions and the custom design process.
3. Understanding and documenting customer design requirements accurately
4. Scheduling design consultations with the in-house design team
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
6. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every lead and customer

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 650 per sale).
