About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
2. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to expand our client base, particularly among residential communities and elder-focused organizations.
3. Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
5. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients.
6. Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales content and materials.
8. Track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
9. Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and business development strategy discussions.

5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per sale).
