About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. International Sales & Marketing: Developing strategic plans for international markets, identifying new market opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, conducting market research, creating impactful campaigns, and representing the company at global trade shows
2. Import-Export Operations: Managing the entire import-export process, ensuring compliance with trade laws, and overseeing shipping and logistics
3. Business Development: Engaging potential clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals
4. Hiring & Talent Acquisition: Assisting in recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of transactions and generating reports on sales performance

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field

2. Proven experience in import-export operations, sales, or marketing

3. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with import-export software is a plus

7. Fluency in additional languages is desirable but not required.
