About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market research & expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partners.
- Conduct research on competitors like Namma Yatri, Rapido, Ola, and Uber to improve our offerings.
2. Driver & rider acquisition:
- Onboard auto drivers & cab drivers, explaining PicUpMe's benefits over competitors.
- Build strong relationships with drivers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
3. Partnerships & growth:
- Work on partnerships with corporates, apartment associations, and travel agencies for bulk ride bookings.
- Identify local businesses for B2B ride subscription models.
4. Customer engagement & support:
- Gather feedback from riders & drivers to improve service quality.
- Assist in resolving driver/rider queries and operational issues.
5. Marketing & promotions:
- Assist in executing offline marketing campaigns like roadshows, flyers, and referral programs.
- Leverage social media & WhatsApp marketing to engage users and promote offers.
