About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with researching trending topics, hashtags, and competitor content in e-commerce, supporting content creation.
2. Manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and live sessions, ensuring timely execution.
3. Handle social media tasks such as scheduling and uploading content, monitoring comments and DMs, and engaging with the audience.
4. Assist in creating thumbnails and visuals using Canva.
5. Administrative duties include tracking content performance (likes, shares, views), organizing upcoming tasks and batch schedules, and supporting live sessions. The intern will follow up with coaching participants for feedback and help suggest creative content ideas to improve engagement.
Through this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience in content strategy, social media management, and analytics, and will develop valuable skills for a career in digital marketing. Upon successful completion, there will be an opportunity for a full-time position with a salary Ra 20K to 30K per month, depending on performance. This role offers long-term career growth in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (25% of profit generated).
