About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Initiate contact with prospective clients and build strong relationships. Understand client needs for exhibition stand design and construction, and present appropriate solutions.
3. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Follow up on leads and proposals to advance them through the sales funnel.
4. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, new markets, and business opportunities.
5. Maintain and update the CRM with lead information, sales activities, and client interactions.
6. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
7. Work closely with the business development manager and other team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per sale).
