Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market expansion: Identify and develop new retail partnerships in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to grow brand presence.
2. Retailer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, addressing their needs and providing product support.
3. Sales growth: Achieve sales targets by implementing effective regional strategies and driving revenue growth.
4. Promotions & merchandising: Execute in-store promotions, ensure optimal product placement, and support brand visibility in retail outlets.
5. Market insights: Conduct competitor analysis and gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
6. Distribution coordination: Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and avoid stock shortages.
7. Reporting: Maintain sales records and provide regular updates on performance and market activities.
