About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a liaison between Smaart EdSolution and educational institutions.
2. Promoting Smaart EdSolution's internship opportunities through various channels, including social media, campus events, and word of mouth.
3. Market Research: Conducting market research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Compiling and analyzing data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
4. Lead Generation: Assisting in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners. Helping manage and track leads through CRM systems.
5. Sales Support: Preparing and assisting with presentations and proposals. Drafting and editing sales materials and communication.
6. Client Relations: Assisting in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Providing support in client meetings and follow-ups.
7. Strategic Planning: Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new business opportunities and strategies. Supporting the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
8. Administrative Tasks: Helping with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative duties. Maintaining organized records of business development activities and outcomes.
9. Project Assistance: Supporting various business development projects and initiatives as needed. Coordinating with different departments to ensure project milestones are met.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing graduation (1st, 2nd, and 3rd years are all welcome.)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Previous experience in event planning or campus organizations is a plus but not required.
6. Should be based out in Delhi or Delhi NCR.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per tie ups).
