About part time job/internship
Zaayroma is a fast-growing healthy snacking brand offering premium makhana, dried berries, and superfoods. We are expanding our retail presence and looking for a motivated sales intern/ sales executive to help us penetrate various sales channels and drive business growth. This position is based in Pune, and the selected candidate will directly work with the Founder to execute and scale the sales Strategy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Retail & distributor outreach: Visit retailers, supermarkets, and local distributors to introduce products. Convince them to stock and display our products. Gather feedback and understand retailer needs.
2. Corporate & HORECA sales (hotels, restaurants, cafes): Identify and connect with potential corporate clients for bulk sales. Approach cafes, hotels, and healthy food outlets to list our products.
3. Quick commerce and online platform: Work on onboarding products on platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, BigBasket, Flipkart Quick, and AnziOo. Assist in coordinating with e-commerce platforms and tracking online sales performance.
4. Cold calling & follow-ups: Call potential retailers, distributors, and businesses. Schedule meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.
5. Supermarkets and modern trade: Pitch Zaayroma products to Reliance Fresh, Nature's Basket, Star Bazaar, and other large retail chains. Manage relationships with store managers and buyers.
6. Gyms, health clubs & wellness centers: Connect with gyms, fitness centers, and yoga studios to promote Zaayroma as a healthy snacking option.
7. Gifting & subscription sales: Explore B2B gifting partnerships and monthly subscription models for regular customers.
8. Exhibitions & local events: Represent Zaayroma at flea markets, food festivals, corporate events, and society stalls to increase brand awareness and direct sales.
9. Order collection and coordination: Gather orders from retailers and distributors. Coordinate with the team for stock and delivery management.
10. Market research & reporting: Track competitor products and pricing strategies. Provide daily or weekly reports on sales progress and new leads.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
