Clinical Secretary Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administrative Support: Manage and maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and calendars. Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
2. Clinical Support: Assist clinicians with documentation and data entry. Prepare and organize patient charts and reports. Coordinate lab results and medical records. Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
3. Patient Service: Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with patients.
4. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate records, including patient demographics and treatment plans.
