1. Educational Background: Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field.
2. Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Are proficient in using social media platforms and online communication tools. Have basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation. Can write compelling and professional emails and proposals.
3. Experience: Have prior experience in marketing, sales, or public relations (preferred but not mandatory). Have experience or a keen interest in the digital content creation industry.
4. Work Ethic: Are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Are willing to take initiative and contribute ideas for improving collaboration strategies.
5. Language: Fluent in Bengali and English, both written and spoken.
6. Location: Preferably based in Kolkata or have a good understanding of the local market and businesses.
7. Passion: Are enthusiastic about social media and digital content. Have a genuine interest in promoting and growing Buladir Addas reach and influence.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per sale).
