The Sarvam Foundation is looking for a dedicated and motivated computer teacher to join our team as an intern. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and student-management skills and is proficient in both spoken and written English. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to use your skills to make a difference in the diverse learning environment of Sarvam Shakti students at our centers in Gurgaon.
1. Empower our girls by providing them with basic computer skills tailored to their needs
2. Manage the students in the absence of the subject teacher
3. Encourage and enforce student participation, supervise all the students, and make sure there is discipline and behavioral conduct
4. Track progress through assessments and record-keeping, planning & coordinating classroom activities
5. Maintain a safe and secure learning environment for Shakti girls
6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed and with research work, identifying opportunities for the girls to showcase their skills
7. Support our students by being available for student supervision between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm 5 days a week on the weekdays; supporting the classroom teacher in planning and managing the classroom and creating a nurturing learning environment; and being a passionate and committed computer teacher along with the office work
