We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic content creation intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging content across various digital platforms
2. Develop and maintain content calendars
3. Lead the team in brainstorming creative content ideas
4. Edit photos and videos
5. Write and edit copy for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials
6. Lead the content strategy discussions

1. Strong writing and editing abilities with excellent attention to detail
2. Basic proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Premier Pro, Canva, Davinci, Lighthouse)
3. Basic video editing skills
4. Understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
5. Good organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per video).
1. Fixed base: ₹5,000 per month
2. Performance-based variable: Up to ₹45,000 (total earning potential: ₹5,000 - ₹50,000)
