We are seeking a detail-oriented STEM Content Formatter & Editor to ensure our curriculum content is professionally formatted and visually engaging. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, expertise in formatting tools, and a solid understanding of science and math subjects to verify the coherence of lesson plans. This role involves working closely with educators to format lesson plan content.
a. Content Formatting:
1. Format lesson plans using tools like MS Word, Canva, and others according to the design templates provided by our design team.
2. Ensure consistency in layout, design, and style across all educational materials.
b. Content Verification:
1. Review STEM lesson plans created by educators to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy in relation to science and math subjects.
c. Visual Sourcing:
1. Be resourceful in searching for high-quality, relevant images, diagrams, and visuals to enhance the lesson plans.
2. Ensure visuals are in line with content and resonate with the target student age group.
d. Collaboration with Teams:
1. Work closely with educators to clarify content requirements and design preferences.
2. Coordinate with the design team to align content with the visual identity and layout templates.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per lesson plan).
