Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. Capture photos and videos of the housing facilities, events, and community activities.
3. Analyze competitor social media strategies and trends in student housing.
4. Identify popular hashtags and topics to enhance content reach.
5. Organize and participate in online contests or giveaways.
6. Engage with followers through polls, questions, and interactive stories.
7. Foster relationships with current residents and encourage them to share their experiences on social media.
8. Gather testimonials and stories for use in marketing materials.
9. Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
10. Research popular cultural events or university happenings for timely content ideas.
11. Assist in creating a content calendar to plan and organize posts ahead of time.
12. Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
13. Prepare weekly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
14. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and promotional content.
