Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers via phone, email, and online chat professionally and courteously
2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel
4. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes and procedures
5. Communicate with customers in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to cater to our diverse client base
6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues to help improve our services
7. Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale generated).
