Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through email and chat platforms.
2. Provide accurate information and support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have.
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
4. Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer queries and escalations to ensure satisfactory resolution.
5. Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
8. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set for the role.
9. Maintain customer data and records accurately in the designated systems.
