4. Identifying potential sales opportunities and upselling services to customers
5. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
6. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
7. Collecting feedback from customers to improve our services and customer experience

The organization is set to add in 6-10 more rooms to its existing inventory of 16 Keys. We plan to onboard at least 15 villas in 2024-25 and an additional 15 by 2026!
