About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
2. Assisting clients with appointment scheduling, consultation details, and service inquiries
3. Maintaining and updating customer records in the Excel system
4. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
5. Coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery
6. Providing basic product and service information to customers
7. Addressing customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Additional information
