Digital Marketing Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Social Media Management:
1. Create, schedule, and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond to queries under guidance.
3. Research trending hashtags and content ideas to increase visibility.

b. Content Creation & Design:
1. Assist in designing posters, banners, and creatives using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
2. Edit short videos for social media (reels, stories, or testimonials).
3. Capture photos and videos during school events for promotional use.

c. Website & Blog Updates:
1. Update preschool website with new events, images, and blog posts.
2. Assist in writing and formatting blog articles on early childhood education, parenting, and school activities.
3. Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords.

d. Digital Advertising Assistance:
1. Support in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Google Ads.
2. Track ad performance and provide basic reports on engagement and reach.
3. Research and suggest audience targeting strategies.

e. Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
1. Draft and schedule email newsletters to parents and leads.
2. Help create WhatsApp broadcast messages for promotions and updates.
3. Maintain and update contact lists.

f. Community Engagement & Offline Marketing:
1. Assist in coordinating local partnerships for cross-promotions.
2. Visit nearby parks, play areas, and community centers to distribute flyers.
3. Support in organizing small promotional events or open house days.

g. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
1. Track social media and website traffic analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
2. Create weekly reports summarizing engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.
3. Suggest improvements based on data insights.

h. General Administrative Support:
1. Organize digital assets (photos, videos, testimonials, etc.).
2. Research competitors and suggest improvements in digital strategy.
