Digital Marketing Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and optimize our marketplace listings, including creating and updating product listings, monitoring sales and customer feedback, and ensuring our products are represented accurately
2. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales
3. Conduct research on new opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and potential partnerships
4. Communicate with customers via email, phone, and social media to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have
5. Collaborate with the product development team to identify customer needs and provide feedback on new products or features
6. Provide regular updates to the management team on marketing and customer communication initiatives and outcomes
7. Assist in offline promotional and marketing activities
