Digital Marketing Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Marketplace Management: Optimise our online marketplace listings, create and update product descriptions, monitor sales, and ensure our products are accurately represented.
2. Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
3. Market Research: Conduct research on trends, customer needs, and potential partnerships to identify new opportunities.
4. Customer Communication: Provide excellent support via email, phone, and social media, addressing customer queries and resolving issues.
5. Product Feedback Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to share customer insights and help improve our offerings.
6. Reporting:Keep the management team updated with the progress and outcomes of marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
7. Offline Promotions: Assist in executing offline promotional and marketing activities to boost brand presence.
