Digital Marketing Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Optimize online marketplace listings, create and update product descriptions, monitor sales, and ensure accurate product representation.
2. Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential partnerships, and uncover new opportunities.
4. Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and social media by addressing queries and resolving issues.
5. Collaborate with the product development team to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
6. Report to the management team on the progress and outcomes of marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
7. Assist in executing offline promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
