Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging visual content and edit it on Canva or similar applications
2. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for posts, reels, stories, etc.
3. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to grow our online presence
4. Learn and understand the basics of performance marketing and help us run ads on Facebook and Instagram
5. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per engagement).
