Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content ninja: Craft killer blog posts, emails, and social media copy that turn heads (and clicks). Brainstorm cool ideas for content that position us as the authority on AI hiring.
2. Social media wiz: Take charge of our social media channels (mainly LinkedIn and Twitter) and create engaging content that HR pros can't resist.
3. Growth hacker in training: Assist with planning and executing paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube. Learn the ropes as you contribute to campaign execution.
4. Data detective: Dive into analytics and measure what's working and what's not. Spot patterns, uncover hidden insights, and help refine our marketing strategy.
5. Trendspotter: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking HR, and recruitment trends to identify the next big thing, and help us find out.
6. Email mastermind: Manage email marketing efforts, and write attention-grabbing emails that keep our community excited and informed.
