As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing our online store, analyzing sales data, and creating engaging content for our customers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in updating product listings and inventory on our e-commerce platform
2. Assist with order fulfillment and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers
3. Monitor and analyze pricing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and email campaigns
5. Support the customer service team by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
6. Help execute promotional campaigns and sales events to drive traffic and increase sales.

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with online store management, inventory management, or order fulfillment preferably within the e-commerce industry.
3. Basic knowledge of Excel for data manipulation.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms and/or Shopify, Dukaan is a plus.
6. Some exposure and familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Meesho, FirstCry, and others is a plus.
7. Experience or interest in the kids and youth e-commerce segment is preferred.
