E-Commerce Sales Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience
2. Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on their preferences, occasions, or needs
3. Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining fragrance notes, longevity, and application techniques
4. Offer samples and testers to help customers make informed decisions
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system
7. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
8. Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
9. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and fragrance trends
10. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fragrance or retail industry
2. A passion for perfumes and an understanding of fragrance families and notes (training will be provided)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to build rapport with customers and make personalized recommendations
5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized workspace
6. Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management
7. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
