About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle student and parent inquiries at the reception and collect inquiry forms to forward to the back office.
2. Coordinate with stationery vendors to ensure timely availability of study materials.
3. Follow up with students and parents regarding pending fee payments.
4. Communicate with universities for session appointments and assist in scheduling workshop calendars.
5. Provide information to parents and new inquiries in the absence of back-office staff.
