As an employee engagement executive intern at Synchron Global One Source Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and impactful video content to boost employee morale and foster a positive work culture. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in video making, video editing, Canva, and MS-PowerPoint to create visually appealing and compelling content.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop creative video content for internal communications, training materials, and employee recognition programs.
2. Edit and enhance existing videos to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to strategize and implement employee engagement initiatives.
4. Create visually appealing presentations using MS-PowerPoint to convey important information effectively.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events and activities to boost morale and team spirit.

Working days: 5 days working.
Stipend: Payment will be based on performance.
