Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled EV Powertrain and Electronics Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of designing, developing, and optimizing a cutting-edge 3-wheeler powertrain utilizing electronic differential hub motor technology. Your expertise will contribute directly to the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of our electric utility vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Powertrain Development: Design and develop the powertrain system for a 3-wheeler EV, focusing on integrating an electronic differential hub motor.
2) Motor Control Systems: Develop and optimize motor control algorithms to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle operation under various conditions.
3) Battery Integration: Collaborate with the battery team to ensure seamless integration of the battery pack with the powertrain system.
4) Electronics Design: Design and implement the electronic control systems, including controllers, sensors, and communication protocols.
5) Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of the powertrain to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
6) Optimization: Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization.
7) Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, software, and product design teams to ensure holistic vehicle development.
8) Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, system architecture, and test results for future reference and compliance.

Other requirements
1) Candidate should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
