About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Event Planning:
- Developing a detailed plan for the event, including the agenda, activities, and logistics.
- Selecting and securing a suitable date and venue (free spaces or paid spaces like parks).
2. Registration Management:
- Creating and managing Google Forms for participant registration.
- Tracking and confirming registrations, ensuring a smooth registration process.
3. Engagement and Promotion:
- Promoting the event through various channels to encourage participation.
- Developing engaging content and strategies to attract attendees.
4. Content and Hosting:
- Planning and preparing the content for the event, including icebreakers, childhood games, and interactive activities.
- Hosting the event, ensuring all activities run smoothly and participants are engaged.
5. Event Management:
- Managing all aspects of the event on the day, including setup, coordination, and participant interactions.
- Handling any issues that arise and ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
6. Feedback Collection:
- Collecting feedback from participants after the event to evaluate its success and gather suggestions for improvement.
7. Online and Offline Management:
- Managing online promotion and communication with participants
- Overseeing offline logistics and coordination during the event

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (30% of revenue generated ).
