About part time job/internship

We are looking for 4 enthusiastic and responsible interns to assist in managing the crowd at the The Playce & Chessniti Academy All India FIDE Rapid Rated Open Chess Tournament 2025 on 26th January 2025 at Marathon Futurex, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Crowd Management:
- Ensure smooth entry and exit of participants and spectators.
- Handle queues, maintain order, and provide directions as needed.
2. Hospitality:
- Assist in welcoming and guiding participants and guests.
- Answer basic event-related queries politely and promptly.
3. Coordination:
- Work closely with the organizing team to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
4. Support:
- Help in maintaining the event schedule and ensuring timely execution of activities.
- Provide assistance to participants and the organizing team whenever required.

Who can apply

2. Hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

3. Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus.

5. Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
