Event Management Part Time Internship

Job Description:

As an Event Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to learn the ins and outs of planning, organizing, and executing various types of events. Under the guidance of the organization, you will gain hands-on experience in event management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Participate in a structured training program to develop the knowledge and skills required for successful event management
2. Support the planning process for events, including researching venues, suppliers, and themes
3. Assist with logistical aspects, such as coordinating schedules, creating event timelines, and managing event materials and equipment
4. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events
5. Be present at events to assist with setup, coordination, and troubleshooting during the event
6. Interact with clients and gather event requirements, providing support in creating event proposals and presentations
7. Contribute to marketing and promotion efforts for events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels
8. Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for events
9. Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
