About part time job/internship
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic interns to assist in organizing and executing impactful events and campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in event management, data analysis, content creation, and communications. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing event registrations and maintaining attendee lists.
2. Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Delegate tasks and oversee on-ground operations during events.
4. Analyze registration data and event outcomes to provide actionable insights.
5. Edit and prepare documents for presentations, reports, and workshops.
6. Design engaging social media posts, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva.
7. Edit and proofread documents for clarity and professionalism.
8. Capture high-quality photographs and videos during events.
9. Assist with basic video editing and compiling content for promotions.
10. Respond to inquiries and provide event updates to attendees.
11. Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and collaborators.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per event).
