About part time job/internship
We are seeking 8 passionate and motivated interns to join our team for a one-month period to support the planning, execution, and promotion of Al Aqsa Day in New Delhi. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and community engagement while contributing to a meaningful cause. Interns will work closely with the core team across operations and marketing domains, ensuring the event's success.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in logistical planning, such as venue setup, coordination with vendors, and managing event-day operations.
2. Supporting the marketing team in creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media campaigns, and reaching out to community groups.
3. Engaging with attendees, dignitaries, and speakers to ensure smooth communication and execution during the event.
4. Helping with registration and post-event follow-up activities.
5. Contributing creative ideas to enhance the event's impact and outreach.
