Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the planning and execution of various events such as concerts, festivals, and corporate gatherings
2. Coordinating logistics including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and attendee registration
3. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless event experience
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and social media campaigns
5. Assisting with on-site event management, overseeing setup, registration, and guest interaction
6. Conducting post-event evaluations to analyze success and identify areas for improvement
7. Gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, learning from industry professionals every step of the way

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of 10).
