Event Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives
2. Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, d cor, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements
3. Create event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans
4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreement
5. Manage event logistics on the day of the event, including set-up, coordination of staff and volunteers, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
6. Oversee post-event activities such as feedback collection, financial reconciliation, and follow-up with clients and vendors
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning processes
