Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of the event
2. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
3. Handle RSVPs, guest lists, and communication with attendees before, during, and after events.
4. Create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor events to provide valuable insights for event planning.
6. Support the event management team in administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and reporting.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of event strategies.
8. Bringing more participants in the show.
