As a campus to corporate trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academia and industry. If you're passionate about empowering young talent, we'd love to hear from you!This Project will be taking place in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Mentorship and train a minimum of 130-140 students.
2. Design and deliver engaging modules on soft skills, personal and professional,development, career readiness, and industry-specific skills.
3. Conduct field visits to provide real-world exposure.
4. Foster excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and professionalism among students.
What we offer:
1. Stipend upto 12k - 15k + Travel allowances.

1. Should be a graduate,postgraduate degree will be better suited as well.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with the local region (Kolkata).
4. Willingness to conduct field visits.
5. Mobilization to college visits.
